The CRO is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, addressing post-sale inquiries, and ensuring smooth handover and delivery of residential properties. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of customer relationship management in the real estate industry.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA

SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description: The Sales Officer at Siddhi Homes plays a crucial role in driving the sales of residential properties by engaging potential clients, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the buying process. Reporting

 directly to the Manager – Sales & Marketing, the Sales Officer works closely with the Business Development Officer (BDO) and the CRM to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a deep understanding of the market and Siddhi Homes offerings. The Sales Officer is responsible for executing sales strategies, handling client inquiries, and ensuring timely closure of deals, contributing to the overall growth and success of Siddhi Homes.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
