Inception and First Project
The inception of Siddhi Homes & Launch of Siddhi Vinayaka: Siddhi Homes was established as a partnership firm in Tripunithura. The company launched its inaugural project, "Siddhi Vinayaka," a 12-unit residential apartment, marking the beginning of its journey in the real estate sector and laying the foundation for a legacy of quality and excellence in construction.
First Project Completion
Completion of Siddhi Vinayaka: Successfully handed over "Siddhi Vinayaka" in October 2008, setting a precedent for quality and timely delivery in residential construction.

M.R. Shylan is one of the founding visionaries behind the establishment of Siddhi Homes and has been serving as the Managing Partner since its inception in 2007. With a robust technical background and over 35 years of construction experience, he oversees crucial company portfolios such as construction, sales, marketing, and customer service. His core competency lies in identifying and developing unique living spaces that provide exceptional value for money.
JYOTHILEKSHMI C.
Partner
Jyothilekshmi C., a Partner and Chief Technical Officer at Siddhi Homes, is also the wife of M.R. Shylan, the Managing Partner. She holds a B-Tech in Civil Engineering from T.K.M. College of Engineering, Kollam, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Traditional Architecture. With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, including 28 years specializing in high-rise buildings, she brings unmatched expertise to Siddhi Homes. Passionate about design and innovation, she seamlessly integrates the latest trends and technologies into Siddhi Homes projects, ensuring they embody both modern sophistication and traditional elegance.
